2015 Emmy winner for “Outstanding Writing in an Animated Program”, GRANT MORAN has been a respected Executive, Producer, and Writer in kids’ and family entertainment for 20 years. He’s helped develop and produce content across all platforms for major U.S. companies like Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, Universal, Scholastic Entertainment, Mattel, and Marvel. International clients include SEGA, Toei, Sunwoo Entertainment, Blink Studios, DHX Media, RGH Entertainment, Toonbox Entertainment, and Pipeline Studios, among others.

CREDITS

Grant started out as a staff Writer Producer at Warner Brothers Animation where he worked on TINY TOON ADVENTURES, ANIMANIACS, BATMAN, as well as several other series and longform projects.

 

At Nickelodeon, he was Executive Director of Current Series, overseeing production on RUGRATS and THE WILD THORNBERRYS. He next segued into the role of Head Writer / CoProducer on the network’s THE ADVENTURES OF JIMMY NEUTRON: BOY GENIUS.

 

Grant's been Head Writer and Story Editor on several other series as well, including PBS Kids’ multiple Emmy-winning WORDGIRL, and the 2018 Cynopsis award-winning BARBIE DREAMHOUSE ADVENTURES for Mattel Creations.

 

Recent credits include GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN. He's currently Executive Producer on the new NUT JOBS series which he developed for Toonbox Entertainment and Pipeline Studios.

 

Grant works regularly as a creative consultant, helping companies all over the world develop and produce fun, smart, quality entertainment for kids and families.

 

In 2016 Grant founded Kids Entertainment Professionals for Young Refugees (KEPYR), joining with colleagues from around the world to rally industry support for UNICEF's heroic work with child refugees everywhere. More information at http://www.kepyr.org
